Protective Measure
We went for a walk awhile ago to buy some fruits when I saw a man in a welding shop busy working, but I noticed he doesnt have a mask or protective glasses on that they were when they do welding jobs. In my case, my eyes already hurt just by seeing the flare from the welding so Im sure as close as he is, it might hurt. Even if the welding shop is just small I think they should still make their staff wear protective masks on to prevent accidents and stuff. Just my thought though.
