Fitness In Mind
Ok, so I am in the road to my goal in losing weight. I have been thinking of ways to keep myself fit b a couple of outdoor exercises which I very much rarely do and also probably buy the Kettlebell DVD that my friend recommended which she bought for herself as a gift. She told me it slowly had kept her metabolism up and at least it shuns her away from being too lazy. I might consider badminton as well or tennis but have second thoughts about going to the gym. I have tried that before but when I stopped I just blew up like a balloon. I’ll just take things one baby step at a time, who knew I could get my ideal weight back.
