Health Check

I have been feeling too lazy the couple of weeks, i noticed my cola intake increased a bit since that’s whats keeping me awake the entire night during my shift and as an effect I have added a couple of pounds in me. Even if shall we say I get to but the diet soda ones still it has a traverse effect in the body. I think it might be a challenge for me to cut down this Christmas too. Anyway,  I really need to focus on at least losing some pounds bit by bit. I have been feeling several pains already and I don’t know whats causing it. I have a doctors appointment by next week so after the test will find out whats wrong..keeping my fingers crossed though :)
