Excited
I am excited because in my hopes to lose weight I am going to our family physician to consult whats the best weight loss product to use. Like what I said, I have been planning since ages to lose weight and is reluctant to use products for losing weight before consulting the doctor, now I can get to use something to at least pull my weight down. It sucks to be fat. lol! 
. I am excited to get back into shape and to look like the one I used to before and fit into nice fitting clothes. I wish!
Beach
Dont you just love that sight? Especially now that the weather is too damn hot, it really is nice to take a dip into the crystal blue water. That was taken 2 years ago during one of our summer outings at Samal Island. I hope we can find the time this year to go there or at least a pool for that matter before this weather drives me crazy.
Supplements
I was looking for some PSP games online and suddenly was intrigued about that a link and clicked on its click here hyperlink. It took me to supplements critic where it talks about reviews on certain health and wellness supplements n the market. It is nice to read about different reviews about actual users of the product. It makes you pick which one suits you and of course with the help of your doctor you are sure that it is safe. I wish I can afford one right now, H and I I just bought our son his PSP. Soon I hope?!
Hemorrhoid Issue
Hey guys, do you happen to have an idea on whats the best hemorrhoid relief? My aunt has been suffering with it lately and she is just looking to other alternatives. Dont you think diet would be another vause for it? I havent really checked about it over the internet yet but I definitely will, anyway for the meantime we are just looking for other answers but so far everything is good. I think she just needs to take her meds regularly.

Another Random Thought
It is time to pay the bill for the telephone this week and I am hoping to get a free directory since they didnt give me any last January. I really think it is important to have one so that when you need to find something, you have another alternative aside from the internet. The telecom companies here doesnt proactively give directories automatically every January, you have to ask for it, probably also to eliminate cost. But seriously, I really think they should. Anyway, that thought made me hungry, gotta look for somethiing to eat first. Brb.
